    The insights gathered during the client discovery phase will serve as a cornerstone for the second stage of the project.

  • Here, we leverage the insights gathered during our Client Discovery call to meticulously establish the strategic framework for your brand.

    We conduct an in-depth analysis, diving into the landscape of your competitors and thoroughly examine prevalent industry trends. This extends across both online and in-store, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics.

    Through this meticulous examination, we pinpoint opportunities to not only enhance your online and in-store presence but also elevate the overall brand experience across marketing channels.

  • This is where we hit the ground running.

    We kick off the process by focusing on your logo design, recognizing that it sets the tone for your entire brand aesthetic. Once you’ve approved your final logo design, we then move onto your color palette.

    From here, due to the sprint of this project, we put a hold on your Brand Guidelines and move on to your e-commerce website build.

    Upon completion of your website, we resume our progress finalizing not only your Brand Guidelines but also your Social Media Strategy. At the same time, we will also set up your social media channels with your first three posts to prepare for launch.

  • It’s showtime!

    This phase involves final preparations and QA to ensure all elements are optimized and ready. All systems, including your e-commerce platform and branding materials, are thoroughly tested.

    Upon successful execution of the launch, immediate monitoring is conducted to address any issues and gather feedback.
